My stay at Black Swan was nothing short of amazing! The setting by the lake is truly serene, making it a perfect retreat. The service was genuinely warm and made me feel like part of the family, and the food was consistently delicious. However, I wish the pool had been heated during my stay; it would have been perfect for winter relaxation. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for a luxurious and peaceful getaway.
